Sorry to say something has cropped up and caused a delay with your confirmation email. This happens once in a blue moon when something outside our control occurs, like a drop in connection or our booking engine calling timeout.
Don't worry though, there is nothing you need to do. We have all your reservation details and you will receive your confirmation email, you just might experience a delay. If for any reason there is an issue with your booking, a member of our team will be in touch soon to confirm your reservation with you.
Needless to say this isn't quite how we wanted to start your stay with us, but we do thank you for your booking and our teams can't wait to welcome you through our doors!
P.S. please don't try to re-book this stay, as we might think it's a separate booking for your best buddy and your card could be charged more than once.
